How about not having one at all? Or rather skipping away with the need to interact through traditional forms of user interfaces like a web interface.

Posterous is a new startup that allows you to blog simply by sending in an email to post@posterous.com

This makes it very simple for most people. For many users, it’s difficult to adapt to new user interfaces. Email is the most familiar interface to most people out there. After all email is also where there is a lot of readily bloggable content such as the funny emails that everyone sends around.

Do check out Posterous. We do feel the interfaces like these, that don’t really have any interface, could be the new zen for 2009.

[TechCrunch has more on Posterous]

With several different Google partners around the world, Google Apps is being used by many large organizations. At the time of posting, more than 30 universities and high schools have implemented Google Apps, such as George Washington University, Kent State University, Open Malaysia University, Northwestern University etc. Some of these universities have more than 50,000 students, and they decided to use Google Apps simply because it provides a good way of communication, which is easy to use and highly scalable.

Large corporations such as L’Oreal, Nexans, Protector & Gamble, GE Corporation and many more have also decided to use Google Apps to support their business activity, and this is in addition to the thousands of small to medium organizations using it. Even the Swedish Police are using it! The government sectors are slowly opening up to this service.

With this tremendous rate of growth, more and more companies are starting to use Google Apps. So what are you waiting for? Contact us to set up Google Apps for your organization today!

Videos speak louder than words. Here’s a quick run through done by the WordPress team. Check it out.

And if you’re upgrading to 2.7, take a photo while you’re at it! It will probably be your last manual upgrade of WordPress for now.

The Gmail team has launched another new application for Gmail called “Tasks”, which is a simple task manager, within Gmail itself.

How do you use it? Pretty easy, simply type in your list of things to do into the “Tasks”. What’s unique about this app is that users can turn their email into a task by simple clicking “Add to Tasks”. Sound good? For advanced users, shortcut keys are available too. (Gmail shortcut keys http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=6594)

Await more features from the guys at Gmail! Wonder what’s next.

A partnership between two big companies in the IT industry happens again!!! Google Application Engine (see “Rolling out Google Apps for Your Company’s IT Infrastructure“) has partnered with SalesForce, to come up with a new kind of system, dubbed a Cloud Relationship Management system. With this integration, Google Engine apps are allowed to read and write to Force.com vice versa.

With this strategic partnership, customers would only have to register on one site to use the features of the partner’s site. Welcome to Cloud Relationship Management.

As the dominators of the search engine market, this aggressive move by Google has created more awareness that they are ready to challenge Microsoft for a greater customer base through online applications. With this move from Google, there will be more news in the days ahead along the lines of Cloud Relationship Management for sure! The new CRM is here.
