    Tier 3: Complex Support requiring Engineers: As we are unable to directly access the code-base and advanced configuration parameters behind Google Analytics, we’re not able to provide direct Tier 3 support. However we can help support clients on an indirect basis to patch queries into the Google Analytics Global Team.
